The rate of dust contained in the
air goes into the housing through
the lower entrance by
transmission or absorption.
The dusts are attached to the surface
of the pipr and emitted through
the upper exit for a
purified clean air.
The dust particles which are attached
to the surface are cleaned through
the Pulsejet
mmthod which continuously emits
the dust through the lower Hopper.
The cleaning device on the upper
part is installed ith a Blow-tube
with high pressured air
which emits the high pressured air
instantaneously (7kg/cm²) in 0.1seconds
for the
"ventury" effect which
eventually absorbs the secondary
air in the five to seven times speed.
The Shock gives of vebration and
the counter flow to the exterior
that eliminated the attached dust
effectively.
When the dust is shaked off it takes
‰ïŽÐЉî 0.1 second and the filtering
area is not effected.
The same filter is cleaned every
1 to 3 minutes for the maintenance
of uniform cleaning rate so that
there is no need of wind amount
change or pressure.
This allows a permanent safe operation
of the M/C.
This machine has a welding structure
which is compact for Economy Type.
Every process from the design to
the assembly is done by us to allow
convenient installation.
